Some communities believe in explaining every major decision. Others think too much transparency invites argument. Where do you draw the line? Have you ever shared too much or too little?

I believe transparency is important, but only to a point. Sharing general policies or decisions helps build trust, but exposing every internal discussion can create confusion or tension. Members usually benefit more from understanding outcomes and reasoning rather than the full behind-the-scenes debates.
