As an admin, I’d create monthly topic templates by outlining discussion prompts or themes in advance. Sharing these with members encourages consistent posting and engagement. Templates can rotate topics, highlight seasonal events, or focus on evergreen subjects, keeping the forum active without forcing members to brainstorm constantly.

If I understand what these templates are, they are supposed to help members be more active? I beg to differ, this will make the members feel restricted and they will not be able to express themselves well.
