Returns and disputes are messy in peer-to-peer settings. Should forums define clear refund rules, or is it better to let buyers and sellers sort it out themselves?

Even though I have created marketplace on my forums, my forum marketplaces never became active and except few case, I did not even have any kind of sales. However, if you have a marketplace that is quite active, you also need a dedicated staff to look over disputes
