Should Admins Actively Participate in Discussions or Stay Neutral?

Admin visibility builds trust but can influence debates. How do you personally handle posting opinions while maintaining authority and fairness, especially in sensitive or controversial topics?

Admins themselves have to stay active on the forum, if not how will they keep the members engaged? If the owners are not active then they cannot ask for the members to be.
